Private Patrick Joseph QUINANE
An enlisted man of the 7th Regiment, Australian Light Horse, who was landed at Malta with a wound to his left eye. Despite further treatment in England, he lost the eye and was returned to Australia. He was the grandfather of the current Australian High Commissioner to Malta.
